My Story

Hello, I’m Shannon and I love helping people achieve success and fulfilment. 

I’m a senior leader in the NHS, I’m a certified life coach, and most importantly, I’m a mum to a beautiful little boy.

I know what it's like to chase professional success only to end up feeling lost in the noise, wondering if your goals actually align to you or what your path truly is. 

I also understand first hand the challenge you face finding balance between career success and parenthood. I’m here to tell you that you can have the career you love and be a present parent at home. 

After a period of feeling stuck, confused and lacking the real confidence to create my own path, I sought out coaching and later decided to become a coach myself. The transition has been incredible - I now have a career that I love, that gives me success and fulfilment. 

Now, I help ambitious women get un-stuck, find clarity in their next steps, untangle and overcome mindset challenges that are holding them back in their career and find balance so that they too can have a career that they love and thrive in.
